The loan application process is not complicated and I want to make sure that it is fully explained and broken out in full detail. To the right, you will find the three buttons that will take you to the appropriate sections that should apply to you.
The first is for home buyers, where I explain the benefits of getting preapproved, as well as provide you will a list of documents that you should prepare and a link to a secure loan application.
The second is for refinance clients. In this section, I have gone through and broken out every step of the refinance process, including a link to the secure online loan application.
The final button is to a mortgage calculator. Although I will be providing you with a detailed analysis for your purchase or refinance, I have always found that my clients enjoy playing with this calculator that will provide you with a visual breakdown of your loan payments over time, broken down to principle and interested payments. Although this has no bearing on the loan process, it will allow you to understand how a loan amortization works.
